Obstacles are adventurous
Obstacles are the only source of learning in a business establishment and are inevitable. We always scare about the obstacle and do not take massive action due to fear. In our business, everything is experiential. Theory is very much different from the practical and we always act as per our theoretical knowledge and when the theory doesn’t match with our experience then we are stuck. We don’t even take any new route to check the possibilities. We are always following people and following people is not bad but our own ideas and thoughts can be experimented so that we can check whether we are able to generate ideas and thoughts or not. Only hindrance in our business is FEAR of failure and we are unable to cope up with the situation. If we can check the possibilities instead of theory then we can explore some solutions. Our biggest obstacle is our lack of confidence and criticism from people around us.
